All Sales Are Final

All sales on our products are final. As our items are considered custom-made, we are unable to process refunds once payment has been made. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Store Credit

While we do not offer refunds, we can provide store credit for any products that our company offers. Store credit may be used towards future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring that our products arrive in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear pictures of the damaged item inside the box.
  2. Submit the photos along with a report of the damage to us within 24 hours of opening the package.
  3. Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement of the damaged or defective item.

Please note that failure to report the issue within 24 hours may result in ineligibility for a replacement.

Shipping Returns

As all sales are final, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
